Overview
JLV-12GD indoor high-voltage solid-sealed vacuum circuit breaker, JLFV-12GD indoor high-voltage solid-sealed load switch, JLFV-12GRD indoor high-voltage solid-sealed load switch fuse combination electrical appliance, XGNX-12 box-type fixed metal-enclosed switchgear, is a new generation of miniaturized products launched by Jiuling Yi Switch Technology Co., Ltd. under Chenghe Group in recent years, which is nearly 40% smaller than the ring network frame composed of traditional vacuum circuit breakers, vacuum load switches and combination electrical appliances. It can greatly reduce the space occupied by equipment and save the overall investment of power engineering. This product is suitable for ring network power supply unit, power plant, power substation use. It is especially suitable for the control and protection of distribution transformers in industrial and mining enterprises, residential areas and high-rise buildings. Installed in complete sets of equipment products such as substations, box-type substations, opening and closing stations and cable distribution boxes, it can easily meet the various requirements of distribution automation.

Product Structure Features
1. Vacuum circuit breaker, load switch adopts three-phase solid sealing pole structure, vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and outlet terminal with excellent insulation characteristics of epoxy resin material through automatic pressure gel process (APG) encapsulation to form solid insulation, switch structure has high mechanical strength and stability, and overcomes the shortcomings of phase and ground insulation susceptible to pollution and condensation, small environmental impact, but also reduces the volume of the switch, effectively increases the electrical safety performance of the equipment.
2. The three-switch module is integrated, and the self-equipped disconnector has an obvious isolation break to ensure the safety of the operator. There is a reliable mechanical interlock between the disconnector and the circuit breaker (load switch), the grounding switch (optional), the disconnector and the grounding switch are operated on the same operating axis, and the grounding switch is closed while the grounding switch is opened. At the same time as the disconnector is disconnected, the grounding switch is closed. Only one of the two can be closed, realizing the latching of the grounding switch and the disconnector between each other.
3. The combination is more flexible. Due to the unit assembly structure. When either circuit fails, a new circuit can be replaced in the field, while also accommodating more design circuit scenarios. Such as the configuration of double disconnector unit or double grounding switch unit. It can meet the needs of the user’s primary system solution.
4. The integrated three-switch module can be flipped up and down to meet the requirements of a variety of different wiring schemes such as upper and lower inlet, outlet and contact.
5. The operating mechanism of the circuit breaker (load switch) adopts the optimized spring control mechanism. It can be operated both electrically and manually. And the operation function is small, the mechanism is stable and reliable, the mechanism and the switch are independent, the adjustment and maintenance workload is small, and it is easy to realize intelligent automatic operation.
6. The versatility of the cabinet structure is strong, and it can be configured with SF6, FKN12, FZN25, GN19 and other switches. Meet the various requirements of the user’s system.

Switching Principle
Traditional switches have the following characteristics
1. HXGN cabinet: small size, light weight, disadvantage is: more common in load switching type, can not break the short-circuit current.
2. Pressure switchgear: The volume of the pressure-type switchgear can be very small, and the disadvantage is: there is a risk of gas leakage at the connection between the mechanism / instrument and the cabinet, thereby reducing the insulation performance and the possibility of discharge.
3. Solid insulation cabinet: each phase will be sealed in the form of epoxy resin pouring, the disadvantage is: the insulation strength of the insulation material will decrease with the passage of running time, and it will not be automatically repaired once a breakdown occurs.

JLV-12 Circuit Breaker has Several Advantages
1. Main switch closing (circuit breaker, load switch): The operating mechanism (1) transmits the force to the spindle (3) through the pusher (2) and the arm (4), and then drives the insulation tie rod (6) and the arm (7) through the A, B, C three-phase arm (5) on the spindle. The conductive rod of the moving end of the arc extinguishing chamber moves up and down, so as to realize the main switch opening and closing.
2. Disconnector division: the isolation spindle (9) drives the arm (10) and the insulation tie rod (11) to act. Make the disconnector move the contact knife (12) to do arc swing. Realize disconnector disengagement.
3. Grounding switch disengagement (conventional linkage operation form): the grounding switch and the disconnector are linked through the linkage mechanism, the disconnector is closed at the same time when the power fails, and the disconnector is closed at the same time when the power is transmitted.
4. Fuse impact trip (load switch – fuse combination electrical appliance): After any fuse is blown off, the striker on the fuse pops out, and the switch trip plate rotates to drive the trip device in the mechanism. Trip the switch.

Conditions of use
1. Sea altitude: ≤ 1000m:
2. Ambient air temperature: -25°C~ +40°C;
3. Air relative humidity: daily average is not more than 95%, monthly average is not more than 90%;
4. Not subject to obvious pollution such as corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc.;
5. No frequent severe vibration occasions;
