Policy support Transformer industry toward a new era of green development
In recent years, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other relevant departments have emphasized that the green concept should be further strengthened to build a green manufacturing system that is efficient, clean, low-carbon, recycling and sustainable, and through the efforts of many parties, China’s manufacturing industry has now made promising progress in terms of resource utilization efficiency and the reduction of pollution emissions. However, there are still some problems that need to be solved, and some work still needs to be vigorously promoted.
In a few days ago by the Copper Association, “Transformer Circle” and other organizations, the relevant industry associations, Standardization Research Institute, Electric Power Research Institute, Architectural Design Institute, as well as transformer manufacturing enterprises, upstream and downstream enterprises and other representatives to participate in the “Transformer Green Development Salon activities” during the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Center for Economic and Technological Cooperation Institute of Energy Resources and Environmental Studies Mao Tao, director of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in recent years to improve the degree of green development of China’s industry, the efforts made in building a green manufacturing system and the results achieved.
Vigorously promote green development
Mao Tao said that China is now a global manufacturing power, but there is still a certain gap from the goal of manufacturing power: it is mainly manifested in the degree of intelligence and the degree of industrial greening. He believes that it is very necessary to promote the green development of manufacturing industry. Industry is the main field of energy consumption and pollution emission. To energy, for example, more than 60% of energy consumption from the industrial sector. For this reason, since China put forward the strategy of manufacturing power, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and relevant ministries and commissions have given great support to the promotion of green development of the manufacturing industry. In recent years, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology around the green products, green factories, green parks, green supply chain and other aspects of a series of work and strong support for the construction of related projects: such as green manufacturing system integration project, has been carried out a cumulative total of three batches of more than three hundred projects to obtain project support. Through the support of industry leading enterprises, joint upstream and downstream suppliers, including third-party research institutions, to jointly promote the green transformation of the manufacturing industry. At the same time, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has also launched a green manufacturing demonstration project, which plans to create 100 green parks; 1,000 green factories; and 10,000 green products by 2020. At the same time, to create a number of representative green supply chain demonstration enterprises in machinery, automobile and other industry sectors.
Supporting the development of industry standard and group standard
In order to effectively promote the green development of the manufacturing industry, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology also focuses on green products, green factories, green supply chain and other areas to promote the development of green standards. Take green supply chain as an example, in recent years, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has set up projects to support the development of more than 20 relevant industry standards and group standards.
In addition, it has vigorously promoted the construction of industrial alliances. At present, two industry alliances play an important role. One is China Green Manufacturing Alliance; the other is China Green Supply Chain Alliance.
Mao Tao talked about the fact that, through the efforts of many parties, in recent years, China’s manufacturing industry has improved its resource utilization efficiency and reduced the intensity of pollution emissions, but there is still a certain gap between the overall level and that of foreign countries. Therefore, energy saving and emission reduction and reducing pollution emissions are still the focus of future attention and efforts of the manufacturing industry.
Where is the focus of the green transformation and development of China’s manufacturing industry? Mao Tao analysis: one is to seriously grasp the traditional manufacturing industry transformation. Because this is the big consumer of energy resources. The second is to seriously grasp the energy saving and environmental protection industry development. Energy saving and environmental protection industry is an important support for the development of green transformation of the manufacturing industry. Especially to provide strong support for resource-friendly energy-saving and environmental protection industries, which is the future direction of industrial green development efforts. In addition, the current industry green standard system is still lacking, and need to continue to work hard.
