Cold-Rolled Silicon Steel Sheets: Indoor voltage transformer usually uses cold-rolled silicon steel sheets as its core. These materials are cold-rolled and have excellent magnetic properties, such as high permeability and low core loss, which makes them ideal for current transformers. By using cold rolled silicon steel sheet as the core material, the current transformer can achieve efficient energy transfer, thereby improving the efficiency of the system. Compared to other materials, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets have lower hysteresis loops and magnetization losses, which means less energy waste and lower power consumption.

Epoxy resin: Epoxy resin has excellent dielectric properties and mechanical strength, is the first choice of Indoor voltage transformer insulation material. Epoxy castings provide reliable insulation that protects internal components from electrical breakdown and environmental factors..

Copper : Copper conductors are typically used for windings in Indoor voltage transformer. These materials offer high electrical conductivity and mechanical durability, enabling efficient transmission of current signals while withstanding operational stresses.

Material (Epoxy Resin ): Indoor voltage transformer use enclosures made of epoxy resin, which has excellent insulation properties and can prevent current or voltage crossing for safe circuit operation.
